CLOSET TREASURES LLC CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

This Consignment Agreement is entered into by and between Closet Treasures LLC, undersigned consignor.

1. Conditions for Consignment All items brought in for consignment must be in “like-new” or “gently worn” condition: no stains, no holes, no missing buttons, no pills, odor-free, wrinkle-free, and zippers must be in working order. Due to space limitations, we can only accept clothing that is in season and current style. Closet Treasures LLC reserves the right to refuse any item that does not meet these standards.

2. Commission and Payments Closet Treasures will receive 50% of the selling price of each consigned item, and the Consigner will receive 50% of the selling price. Accounts will be updated on a weekly basis. The Consigner may pick up their share of the proceeds on any business day, provided they sign for any money received.

3. Pricing and Duration of Consignment The Consignee will price each item and will maintain that price for 30 days. After 30 days, the price of each item will be reduced by 50% for an additional 30 days. After 60 days, the Consigner must either:

• Retrieve their unsold items (which the Consigner must locate and pick up),
• Allow the items to be donated to a non-profit organization,
• Or, the items will become the property of Closet Treasures LLC.

4. Appointment for Consignment Appointments are required to consign items with Closet Treasures LLC. Appointment days and times will vary, so please contact the store to arrange an appointment. We will not accept consignment items without a scheduled appointment.

5. Item Presentation: When consigning items, please ensure that all clothing is brought in on hangers for easier examination. If you do not have hangers, please let us know and we can provide them.

6. Care and Risk Closet Treasures LLC will take care to safeguard all consigned items; however, all merchandise is left at the Consigner’s own risk. Closet Treasures LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

7. Unclaimed Consignor Balances Consignor balances must be claimed within 365 days from the date of sale. Any unpaid balances remaining after this period will be forfeited and become the property of Closet Treasures LLC. It is the consignors responsibility to track and collect their earnings within the allotted time frame. Please call or email to get updates on your balance.

8. Agreement and Acknowledgment By signing below, the consignor acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of this Consignment Agreement and agree to abide by these terms.
